Happy New Month. Finally, the toughest and longest month of the year that takes about 300 weeks to end is OVER, whew! Now we can breath and look forward to more new coming blessings from this month onwards. Because January was a STRESS, sigh!
Today, We will be discussing my favorite drugstore or student budget friendly makeup foundation. I wish you guys could see the smile on my face right now, I honestly look like a child who is eating ice cream for the first time, LOL, I know it’s weird right?
Well I guess that just proves how much I LOVE makeup, especially makeup that doesn’t break the bank. And this foundation does just that. It is affordable and leaves the skin looking glowy and radiant.
The foundation I am talking about is none other than the L.A Girl Pro Coverage High Definition Long Wear Illuminating Foundation. Wow, that was a mouthful.
This was my first ever foundation purchase and I have never regretted it, and I am still purchasing it because Wow I am in love.
Packaging: The foundation comes in a 28ml glass bottle. The bottle has a pump which makes it easy to get the product out and it also has a cap to close the bottle. The packaging is nice and simple.
Formula: it is a liquid foundation, it is somewhat runny when pumped out.
Coverage: medium buildable.
Shade range: 16 shades, I wish they had more shades. My shade is Coffee.
Finish: lightweight, leaves the skin looking glowy and radiant and easily blends into the skin. Natural glow. Long wear.
Price tag: R175 Dischem stores.
Review/Thoughts: This foundation looks flawless and amazing on the skin. It melts right into the skin and gives it a natural glow. This foondation is long wearing. I have worn it for the whole day and by the end of the day, my skin still looked flawless. I would recommend this foundation to anyone with dry skin as it doesn’t dry out the skin at all.
I have combination oily skin so I normally wear this foundation more in winter than in summer because in Summer I prefer mattifying foundations and glowy foundations in winter. The above picture shows how the foundation looks on my skin…can someone please shout FLAWLESS! for the people at the back.
So there you have it Lovies, my thoughts on one of my holy grail foundations. I hope you find this review very informative.
Please comment down below your favorite drugstore/high end foundations and which foundations or other things you want me to review on this blog and I will do it.
May the Good Lord ever stay Blessing you!
